Magical Forest

A illustration based in a magical forest lit by the sun and fairy orbs.

I created a lineart of this piece first and made a value gray scale to help define what lighting I wanted. I decided on a very warmly lit light coming through the trees and onto a grassy patch. The magical orbs was added to give the impression of fairies residing in the forest.
